“You are the expert of your own life. But sometimes, all it takes is the right question to change your perspective and move forward”
I offer sex and relationship therapy, as well as hypnotherapy.
I am a sex & couples therapist based in Brussels, and I offer both online and in-person sessions in French and English. My services are available to single individuals, couples, dyads/duos, former partners, and those in various relationship setups (polyamory, open relationships, threesomes). My rates are structured transparently to ensure both affordability and the continuity of my clinical practice.
Types of Therapy Sessions
Individual sex therapy consultation
The individual consultation is intended for people who wish to explore their intimate, sexual, relational, or identity-related experiences. It can take place online or in person.
It may concern, for example:
- questions or difficulties related to sexuality (desire, pleasure, pain, performance anxiety, orgasmic difficulties, sexual functioning)
- one’s relationship to the body, intimacy, or sexual experiences
- relational or emotional difficulties
- questions related to sexual orientation and/or gender identity (including gender dysphoria)
- experiences of trauma or emotional blockages
- issues related to communication and relational dynamics
- the exploration of new sexual or relational practices and territories (including kink and BDSM), within a safe and non-judgmental framework
The support is adapted to the person’s pace and needs, within a sexological, queer-affirmative, and person-centred approach.
It is important to note that sex therapy is not necessarily limited to talking about sexuality: the themes addressed can be broad and may evolve depending on current needs.
Finally, if a topic falls outside my scope of practice or clinical comfort, I will clearly communicate this and, if necessary, refer you to another professional.
Individual PTR Hypnosis Consultation
PTR Hypnosis (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy), also known as strategic conversational hypnosis, is a brief therapeutic approach focused on the treatment of trauma and emotional blockages.
It allows for the safe and supported processing of past experiences that continue to have an impact in the present, without necessarily requiring extensive verbal narration of the story.
This approach may be indicated in cases of trauma, post-traumatic stress, phobias, anxiety symptoms, relational difficulties, or persistent emotional blockages, including within the realms of intimacy and sexuality.

Couples Therapy and Relationship Counseling
Couples therapy aims to support you and your partner(s) in your relationship, regardless of your sexual orientation, gender identity, or relationship structure (monogamous, open, or non-monogamous).
It is intended for couples and dyads who wish to explore, understand, or transform their relational dynamics within a safe and neutral space.
This support can help you:
- restore communication within the relationship
- develop healthier patterns of interaction when repetitive or limiting dynamics are present
- navigate periods of crisis, tension, or transition
- support the opening of a relationship or the renegotiation of relational agreements
- reflect on separation or support mediation in the context of a breakup
The approach is tailored to your pace and needs, within a sexological, queer-affirmative framework focused on relational dynamics.
Relationship Therapy for Throuples and Multiple Relationships
Relationship therapy is intended for throuples and multiple-partner relational configurations (polyamorous relationships, polycules, open relationships, or other forms of affective bonds involving three or more people).
It aims to support you and your partners in exploring, understanding, or transforming your relational dynamics, regardless of your sexual orientation, gender identity, or relationship structure.
This support can help you:
- improve communication between all involved parties
- understand and navigate complex or repetitive relational dynamics
- address the distribution of emotional and relational labour
- support adjustments related to relational agreements (jealousy, safety, boundaries, needs)
- navigate periods of crisis, transition, or restructuring of the relationship
- reflect on possible separation or reorganisation of the relational system, if needed
The approach is adapted to the group’s pace, within a sexological, queer-affirmative framework focused on multiple relational dynamics.
Sessions Fees
My sessions are offered through a sliding-scale fee structure designed to make my services accessible to as many people as possible, while ensuring the sustainability of my practice. This system is based on the principle of solidarity: those who are able to do so contribute, through their choice of fee, to making reduced rates available to others.
A 3-levels system
I offer three pricing tiers for each type of consultation (individual, couples, throuples, and multi-partner relationships):
– Reduced rate: intended for people with limited financial resources or currently experiencing financial precarity (low income, financial instability, students, significant financial responsibilities, etc.).
– Standard rate: this is the reference rate for consultations. It covers the actual cost of a session and represents the baseline of my practice.
– Support rate: intended for people with greater financial resources. It helps support access to reduced rates for other clients and contributes to the overall balance of the system.
Selecting a rate plan
I trust each person to choose the rate that best suits their current situation, without requiring an explanation. This choice may change over time as personal circumstances evolve.
Why this system?
This system allows to:
- maintain access to therapy for people with a wide range of financial resources
- acknowledge the reality of economic inequalities in access to care
- offer a clear, stable, and non-individualised framework for pricing
- support a sustainable therapeutic practice over time
Sessions Fees
Reimbursement by health insurance providers (in Belgium only)
In Belgium, certain health insurance funds (mutualities), such as MC, Partenamut, Solidaris, Mutualia, or the Liberal Mutuality, offer partial reimbursement for psychotherapy and sexology consultations. The conditions vary depending on your mutuality and your personal situation. I invite you to check directly with your provider regarding the specific reimbursement terms.
I also invite you to download and print the reimbursement form so that I can complete it at the end of the session. You will then simply need to send it to your mutuality.
20.02.202: NEUROSPICY IN RELATIONSHIPS
"Neurospicy" is a playful and informal term used to describe individuals whose brains function in ways that differ from what is considered typical or "neurotypical." It's a more light-hearted way to refer to neurodiversity, embracing the idea that differences in brain function add "spice" or uniqueness to a person's experience. This term often encompasses a range of neurodivergent conditions, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive variations. You can call yourself "neurospicy" without an official diagnosis, self-diagnosis are also valid! ➡️ In this workshop, we'll dive into the complexities and joys of relationships involving neurospicy individuals. Whether you’re navigating these dynamics yourself or supporting a partner, this session will provide insights, tools, and a welcoming environment to help you build stronger, more connected relationships 🫂🤍
